DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT (DPLA)

This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase, download, and use of all digital products offered by Neurodazzled® by Natalie Chandra Wiedmer through the website www.neurodazzled.com.

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from Neurodazzled®, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download, access, or use the digital product.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement:

Digital Product refers to any downloadable or digitally delivered content sold or provided by Neurodazzled®, including but not limited to:

  • workbooks

  • planners

  • journals

  • templates

  • guides

  • printable materials

  • digital artwork

  • tarot-related content

  • educational materials

  • PDF files

  • downloadable resources

License refers to the limited permission granted to the purchaser to use the digital product under the conditions described in this Agreement.

2. License Grant

Upon successful purchase and payment, Neurodazzled® grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the purchased digital product for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

This license allows the purchaser to:

  • download the product to their personal devices

  • print copies for personal use

  • store the files for personal access

  • use the materials privately for their own learning or personal development

This license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the property of Neurodazzled®.

3. Personal Use Only

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all digital products sold by Neurodazzled® are licensed strictly for personal use.

The purchaser may not use digital products for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

  • reselling the files

  • redistributing the files

  • sharing the files with others

  • uploading the files to websites or marketplaces

  • using the files to create competing products

  • using the content in courses or paid programs

  • modifying the content for resale

Each purchase grants a license for one individual user only.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • copy or reproduce digital products for distribution

  • share files with friends, colleagues, or online groups

  • upload digital products to file-sharing platforms

  • sell or redistribute digital products

  • use the files for commercial print-on-demand products

  • reproduce Neurodazzled® designs or artwork

  • create derivative products based on the digital content

  • claim ownership of the materials

Unauthorized distribution or commercial use constitutes a violation of copyright law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

All rights, title, and interest in the digital products remain the exclusive property of:

Neurodazzled® by Natalie Chandra Wiedmer

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property to the purchaser.

6. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or access to the file has been granted.

Exceptions may be made if:

  • the file is corrupted

  • the download link does not work

  • the product cannot be accessed

In such cases, Neurodazzled® will provide a replacement file or technical assistance.

7. Unauthorized Use and Enforcement

Neurodazzled® actively protects its intellectual property.

If unauthorized use, distribution, or resale of digital products is detected, Neurodazzled® reserves the right to:

  • issue copyright infringement notices

  • submit DMCA takedown requests

  • request removal from online marketplaces

  • suspend access to purchased materials

  • pursue legal remedies where appropriate

8. Account Suspension

If a user is found to have violated this Agreement, Neurodazzled® may suspend or terminate access to digital products or the online store without prior notice.

No refund will be issued in cases of license violation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Neurodazzled® shall not be liable for:

  • technical compatibility issues

  • device limitations

  • software incompatibility

  • printing issues caused by user settings

  • misuse of digital content

Users are responsible for ensuring their devices and software are compatible with the provided files.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

11. Updates to This Agreement

Neurodazzled® reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date.

Continued use of digital products after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
