Ich schreibe dieses Buch, weil ich wünschte, jemand hätte es für mich geschrieben. Es erzählt die Geschichte, wie es wirklich ist, nüchtern zu werden, wenn man ADHS hat, wenn das Gehirn ständig auf Hochtouren läuft, wenn man nicht einfach „still sitzen und über seine Entscheidungen nachdenken“ kann und wenn das Chaos lauter ist als alles andere im Raum.

Das ist keine schöne Genesungsgeschichte. Es geht um die Blackouts. Die One-Night-Stands. Die Streitereien. Die Morgen, an denen ich an Orten aufwachte, an die ich mich nicht erinnern konnte. Die Art, wie ich jede Nacht feierte, nur um etwas zu fühlen, irgendetwas. Die Abwärtsspirale in die Depression, die so schwer war, dass es sich anfühlte, als würde ich in nassem Zement ertrinken.

Aber es ist auch der Ausweg.

2. Physical Products (Dropshipping)

Our physical products are fulfilled by third-party dropshipping partners. This means shipping times and return handling may vary depending on your location.

2.1 Returns

• We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

• Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• We cannot accept returns for items due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.

2.2 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2.3 Exchanges
