Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During high-demand periods (launches, holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — good things take a moment.

Europe
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

International (Rest of World)
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Split Shipments

As we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Neurodazzled® is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
