Neurodazzled® Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Neurodazzled®. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’ve created this policy to explain how returns and refunds are handled. Please read carefully before placing an order.


1. Digital Products (Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable)

All digital downloads, workbooks, kits, and other electronic files are final sale.

  • Due to the instant access nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • If you have trouble accessing your file(s) or experience a technical issue, please contact us at [your email address], and we’ll make sure you get your product.


2. Physical Products (Dropshipping)

Our physical products are fulfilled by third-party dropshipping partners. This means shipping times and return handling may vary depending on your location.

2.1 Returns

  • We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • We cannot accept returns for items due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.

2.2 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2.3 Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, you will receive a replacement or refund.


3. Order Issues & Contact

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at info@neurodazzled.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll work with our supplier to resolve the issue promptly.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@neurodazzled.com


5. Exceptions

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
