Neurodazzled® operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

• incomplete or incorrect shipping information,

You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or customs non-clearance, we may charge additional shipping or handling costs before reshipment, or deduct such costs from any refund where permitted by law and our Refund Policy.

Risk of loss and title to physical goods pass to you upon transfer of the goods to the shipping carrier, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, refuse, or remove Submissions at our sole discretion.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all purchases made through this store are made directly with Neurodazzled®, not with Shopify.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale, transaction, order, return, refund, product issue, delivery issue, injury, damage, loss, or claim arising between you and Neurodazzled®.

You acknowledge and agree that Shopify and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent necessary to protect Shopify from claims relating to its role as a technology platform provider.
