1. Digital Products (Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable)
All digital downloads, workbooks, kits, and other electronic files are final sale.

Due to the instant access nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Physical Products (Dropshipping)
Our physical products are fulfilled by third-party dropshipping partners. This means shipping times and return handling may vary depending on your location.
2.1 Returns

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns for items due to change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse.
2.2 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
